Under his leadership the company grew from a turnover of INR 4.5crs to INR 280crs as on FY2012-2013 During the tenure, Casa Grande private limited also won the award for "Indian Achievers for infrastructure devolpement" for the year 2010 by Indian Economic Development & Research Association for his outstanding performance. Casa Grande also expanded its footprint to newer geographies like Bangalore and Coimbatore. Prior to Casa Grande, Arun Kumar worked with Wipro InfoTech in marketing discipline and was a serial entrepreneur with ventures in floral and medical business. Arun Kumar holds master's degrees in business administration from symbiosis and bachelors in engineering from Madras University.
