Krishna Group is engaged in manufacture of auto interiors of the leading automobile OEMs like Maruti Suzuki India Ltd., Suzuki Motor Gujarat Pvt. Ltd., Honda etc. Its product range includes seating systems for Cars, Bus & Railways, rear view mirrors, injection molded door trims and roofliners. Later on, He diversified in the field of manufacturing Fuel Tanks, Exhaust Systems, Suspension Parts, Axle housings and other Sheet Metal Components and Welded assemblies .by taking over SKH Metals Ltd (Formerly known as Mark Auto Industries Ltd) in the year 2004-05. SKH Group alongwith its various Joint Ventures has created a Larger Leading Clients base within a short span of time like Maruti Suzuki India Ltd., General Motors India Pvt. Ltd., Fiat India Pvt. Ltd., JCB India, Volksvagon, Mahindra & Mahindra, Spicer, Suzuki Powertrain, International Cars & Motors Ltd, Lombardini India (P) Ltd, Delphi Automotive Systems Ltd., Eicher Tractors., Renault, Tata Motors etc.
Mr. Ashok Kapur has a rich & diversified experience of more than 47 years in the Industry. Under his vision & dynamic entrepreneurial guidance, the Krishna/SKH Group which started in 1993/2005 has achieved various significant milestones in a span of 21 years and is the only Seating Company in India which has won the "Deming Prize" for its quality products. Since the take over of SKH Metals Ltd, He introduced to the market a complete new segment of Auto component range by joining hands with various Joint Venture Partners and entering into various technical Collaborations.
