Chandrashekhar Hanmant Naniwadekar is a chartered accountant who obtained his B.Com in 1976 with a first class and won the ‘R.D.Joshi Prize’ for best paper in Cost Accountancy.
He was the Chief Finance Officer with Cummins Diesel Sales & Service (I) Ltd. Mr. Naniwadekar is practising as an Independent Chartered Accountant from 1987 and acts as the consultant to many reputed companies, corporate houses, etc. He has a specialisation in taxation and appears regularly before ITAT, Appellate Authorities. He has also written a book on ‘Legal Fictions under the Income Tax Act’, published by Chamber of Income Tax Consultants, Mumbai. He is a faculty member for various courses organised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants and others.
