Mr. Chintan N. Parikh, Founder and Chairman of Group Ashima, started his career as a first-generation entrepreneur in 1981, at the age of 24. He had a dream to make Ashima, a front runner in the world of cotton textiles. In nineties, his vision to bring world class technology and global customers at the doorstep of India, started a new era for cotton fabrics in India. He is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, where later he was also a member of the Board of Governors for several years till 2016.
