Mr. G. Yoganand is the Chairman & Managing Director, Manjeera Group, Hyderabad. He is a graduate in Civil Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad and also a post graduate in Structural Engineering from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.He is also an alumni of Indian Institute of Management , Bangalore .
Mr. Yoganand is recently appointed a Member, Board of Studies in Civil Engineering, University College of Engineering, Osmania University. He promoted Manjeera Constructions Limited which is a flagship company of Manjeera group .The group’s different business verticals are Real Estate , Infrastructure , Hospitality , Property and Mall Management .The Group has developed over 5 million sq.ft of commercial and residential spaces in the Hyderabad city.
Mr. Yoganand is associated with several professional bodies like Institution of Engineers, Indian Concrete Institution, Association of Consulting Civil Engineers, Andhra Pradesh Real Estate Developers Association, CREDAI. He had contributed in a small way in formulation of various policies of the Government relating to Real Estate Sector. He served during 2010-11 as a Member of the National Executive Committee of CREDAI with a membership of about 8000 and spread in about 18 States and also Chairman of the Technical Committee. He served as the President of CREDAI, Hyderabad during 2011-13.
