Kiran is a graduate in Business and Perfumery from University of Plymouth, UK, a one-of-its-kind course globally and accredited by IFEAT (International Federation of Essential Oils and Aroma Trades). Kiran's expertise in fragrance creation has helped him develop over 50 fragrances for different applications. He has blended his creative and leadership skills to position Ripple products as a pioneer in the home fragrances domain in India, and his next goal is to make Ripple a renowned global brand. He masterminded Ripple's foray into retail by setting up Iris Aroma boutique chain - India's first complete home fragrance chain. Under his leadership, Iris home fragrances pioneered the nascent home fragrance market in India and become the leader. He represents the company at the World Perfumery Congress WPC) at Cannes in France every three years.
