Lalit Kumar Singhania remained a meritorious student of GVP University through his BSC Hons.(Agriculture & Animal Husbandry ) in the year 1974.He has completed various post degree studies in many foreign universities. He is a Scientist; technocrat entrepreneur and leader of his own self made type with unique virtues of self esteem and National Pride. He had written books on different topics and written articles in many news papers on the contemporary subjects. He is Chief Editor of a Monthly Hindi Magazine called “PARYAVARAN URJA TIMES” (Environment Energy Times). He also has in-depth knowledge and experience of various types of manufacturing processes like Air, Water, Sound, Solid waste and other type of Pollution Problems, Generated from various Industrial activities like, Steel, Cement, Power Plant, Ferro Alloys, Rolling Mills, Rice Mills, Casting Units and other type of Units. He has a practical experience of operating and managing the Mini Steel plant for over 23 years. He also had his own company known as Indus Smelters Ltd in which the TMT steel and Semi Finished Steel were being produced. He is one of the few consultants in the world who got highest waste heat recovery based power projects plant registered with UNFCCC-CDM-EB on Sponge Iron Waste Heat.
