Arjun holds an engineering degree from Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering, Mysore, and an MBA from Thunderbird, USA, with specialization in Marketing and Strategy. He also worked as a consultant with CMR Inc, USA and returned to India to join the family business. He managed a variety of assignments independently before taking over the flagship brand Cycle Pure Agarbathies in 2005. He is the Vice President of the All India Agarbathi Manufacturers Association (AIAMA).
