Mr. Saleem Sheriff is the Chairman & Managing Director at the Skylark Group. He is based in Bengaluru and leads the Company’s focus on the future of innovation and the role of business leadership to create long -term economic value for the Customer & Communities in the real estate category.
He is passionate to give -back to the society through various philanthropic activities and also nurtures the intent to build green sustainable projects. Mr. Sheriff started his business career in 1992 at Manipal Center with a 500 Sq Ft. rented office & took a leap in 24 years to an admirable business empire, head –quartered in the Central Business District at Ulsoor, an office location which embodies the best of Bangalore City with several top corporates, schools, shopping malls & considered as one of the expensive offices spaces in India.
His vision is to create living spaces for every class and every taste. For every project, there is a creation of trademark “Skylark” space that features contemporary & innovative design elements integrated with functionality.
Soaring higher on the occasion of completing, 25 years - A silver jubilee celebration which have already started, with pipelines of luxury projects at CBD in Richmond Town, Residency Road, etc. He believes that Skylark Group will be a positive force for a change in the real estate dynamics, while delivering for Customers, Investors & Community.
